By using and/or visiting this Website (“www.yourthirdplace.in”), (collectively, including all content available through the www.yourthirdplace.in domain name, the “Website” or “Third Place”) You signify Your assent to both these terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and Website’s Privacy Policy, which are published, and which are incorporated herein for reference.

The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms governing the operation and use of Third Place platform, which is designed to facilitate meaningful, in-person social interactions by curating engaging group experiences based on user interests and compatibility. Also the Third Place provides a digital platform, accessible via a mobile application, that leverages AI-driven matching technology and psychological profiling to connect individuals for curated social experiences, including but not limited to group outings, networking events, and adventure activities.

2. THE PROVISIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE A) Terms of Use The Website www.yourthirdplace.in is the official platform of Third Place. The Website is hosted in India and is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Your access to and use of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, along with all applicable laws and regulations. By using the Website, you agree to comply with these terms. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the Website ("Users"), including everyone who uses this website. B) User Consent for Data Collection and Storage By signing up for an account on Third Place.com, you voluntarily provide personal information, including but not limited to your name, email address, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details required for registration. Content on the Website is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” for Your information and personal use only and may not be used, copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any other purposes whatsoever without the prior written consent of the respective owners and Website. Website reserves all rights, which are not expressly granted in and to the Website and the Content. You agree not to engage in the use, copying, or distribution of any of the Content or Products other than expressly permitted herein. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the venue of such arbitration shall be Bengaluru, India and the award or awards in such arbitration shall be final and binding on the Parties. 11. MISCELLANEOUS Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to it under the Disclaimer or Privacy Policy.
